Farewell, DarkWish
A very disappointing announcement has been made today. Man, I've been saying the word "disappointing" alot today.
DarkWish from Wii Live left the site, and joined WiiNintendo. DarkWish was by far the best poster on the site, and he will be missed.
It will definitely hurt Wii Live now that he is gone. DarkWish is now writing for WiiNintendo.net. So be sure to look for his news on there.
Me and the owner of Wii Live have been doing alot of talking, and you can expect some big changes to come soon.

I'll miss you too, Durffen. And to be honest, I'm actually very glad I made this decision after seeing what Darkhunter139 is doing to the site. Turning Wii Live into a site for all systems is not something I like at all. It was already hard enough to write Wii and DS news, so it's going to be even harder for you and the other writers. I wonder what will happen to the Wii Live Forums, I hope they don't go.
To be honest DarkWish, it was my my suggestion to go for the all console site.
Darkhunter wasn't going to do anything new with Wii Live, but if he created a new site, he would change everything.
We already have more writers, the Live-360 writers are going to write for the 360 portion, hopefully Trist and some more people would write for the PS3 site, and I was hoping myself and you could write for the Nintendo part of the site.
Of course, I knew that an all around site wasn't what you wanted. And I understand that. I feel that Wii Live didn't get the proper treatment with advertisement and such.
Hopefully we can change this with TGC. I hope to see you on TGC, in what will hopefully be a good community. And remember, you are always welcome to write.
My point is that if Wii Live wasn't advertised well and didn't reach its full potential, I don't know why TheGamersCafe ever will. I don't mean to be rude or anything, but Darkhunter139 has proven that we can't rely on him and so trying to start an even bigger site is probably not a good thing, in my opinion. And when I left, I had every intention to return to Wii Live to post comments and post in the forums, however I don't have any intention of going to TheGamersCafe. It's a different site, and one that I'm not interested in. Good luck though.
I completely understand, and agree with what your saying.
I know Wii Nintendo is where you want to be as a writer, but it would be great if you would visit TGC.
I understand that it is a different site, but it is still Trist, possibly Shadow, Darkhunter, and myself writing, so it may be a different lay out, but it's still the same people writing, with some additional help of course.
I understand you don't like the direction TGC is going, but please at least check us out after we officially launch and see what you think.
