Developers stepping it up for Wii?
For those who don't know, I write up some editorials every now and then that I like to call, The Wicked Garden. It's named after a song written by Stone Temple Pilots. Most of the time it is either looking into the future of Nintendo, or complaining about their progress. This week is about Developers stepping it up for Wii. Here is a little taste of it.
A lot of gamers don’t care for Wii because of graphical power, and online capability’s. But will the efforts of third party developers stepping things up change those thoughts?
When the specifications for Wii, at the time Revolution, were revealed, many gamers were disappointed by the supposable “GameCube 2,5″ graphics chip, and most still are to this day. Because of this, many developers are not treating the Wii as a current generation console. Thats not all. Many gamers were also disappointed when it was announced that Wii would use friend codes. Since then, it seems that only Nintendo has been able to use the advantages to Wii’s graphical capability’s, and Wii’s online. But that seems to be changing.
